Lean Management&Promoting Improvement–-Yufeng Intelligent Holds the 2025 Lean Management Project Kick-off Meeting Mar 08, 2025

In order to thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of the "Anhui Forklift Group Co., Ltd.2025 Lean Improvement Plan" and to comprehensively promote the in-depth development of lean management,Anhui Yufeng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Yufeng Intelligent") convened the lean management project kickoff meeting on March 4th,officially initiating the construction of the company's full value chain lean management system.Members of the company's leadership team,heads of various departments,and key business personnel attended the meeting,which was hosted by Vice General Manager Peng Yongcheng,with the presence of senior consultant Fan Caidong offering on-site guidance.This meeting marks a solid step forward for Yufeng Intelligent in deepening internal management reforms and enhancing the company's competitiveness.

The meeting focused on advancing four core modules of lean management:project strategy communication,phase task deployment,training on "must-haves and nice-to-haves" forms,and the construction of a performance evaluation system.Participants systematically analyzed the implementation rules for the 2025 lean management assessment standards and reached a consensus on the ideas and measures concerning the four key categories:"excellence in work,benefits to life,talent development,andspecial activities".The implementation plan clarified project goals and steps,providing a strong guarantee for the smooth advancement of the project.Lean consultant Fan Caidong proposed professional improvement suggestions from the perspectives of value stream optimization and standardized operations,assisting in establishing a lean implementation model characterized by manufacturing enterprises.

At the end of the meeting,Peng Yongcheng outlined three work requirements in his concluding remarks:

  1. Deepen the penetration of lean thinking:Systematically integrate lean management concepts into employee codes of conduct to achieve a comprehensive reshaping of values across the organization.

  2. Strengthen the problem-oriented mechanism:Build a production scheduling management system that covers abnormal alerts,root cause analysis,and closed-loop rectification.Utilize digital means to achieve process visualization and precise control.

  3. Improve the execution and supervision system:Rely on a "project initiation - supervision - acceptance" full-process control mechanism to ensure that strategic deployments are effectively implemented,transforming the group's top-level design of "excellence in work,benefits to life" into quantifiable operational improvements.

The implementation of this lean management project marks a strategic transformation for Yufeng Intelligent from a traditional production management model to a fully value-chain-oriented lean system.By establishing a dual-driven mechanism of "theoretical optimization + practical improvement",the company will create a differentiated competitive advantage in core areas such as cost control,quality enhancement,and delivery assurance,providing sustained momentum for building a high-quality development system based on lean operations.
