This solution is an automated material handling and storage system tailored by Yufeng Intelligent for a large listed leading film company. It uses 5 narrow-aisle three-way forllift AGVs for automatic distribution. The system solution is designed according to the factory layout and process requirements to achieve automatic distribution of materials and empty pallets, greatly reducing the demand for forklifts for people, saving labor, improving production efficiency, and achieving intelligence. The implementation of this project is the first material handling and storage system project in the film machinery industry. At the same time, it uses the industry's first 2-ton heavy-load narrow-aisle three-way forklift AGV and exclusive accessories. The implementation of this project is a major technological breakthrough for Anhui Yufeng's three-way forklift AGV in 2020, which will bring new ideas for the application of AGV in the film machinery industry.

The three-way fork;ift AGV in narrow aisles adopts the advanced multi-point balancing technology, which allows the width of the vehicle to be reduced to 1.7 meters at most, truly realizing the feasibility of picking and placing goods in narrow aisles; the maximum lifting height can reach 7 meters, the vehicle body is equipped with a full servo control motor, and the maximum operating speed can reach 8km/hour. By reducing the size of the vehicle body and increasing the driving speed, the efficiency can be increased by 1.2 times compared with traditional AGV models, and the longest continuous operation time is 8 hours. The charging and discharging ratio reaches 1 to 4, which effectively increases the operating time.
